Wedding Packages

Each package includes one 8x10, two 5x7s and four 4x5s portraits- all of your choice. As of August 20, 2008, any future wedding booked will also receive 30 proofs of your choice.

Since there is no way to put a time on your special day, there is no time limit on any of the packages. I am often asked how many pictures will I take. I give you a checklist to let you tell me what special pictures you would like and I also take pictures of about everything, so there is no limit on the amount of pictures taken. You can be as wild or reserved as you would like-it's YOUR day! All packages include the pictures taken before, during, and after the ceremony.

If outside of Plainville or Phillipsburg, add 50 cents per mile. (Reception includes cake table, cutting, feeding, toast, and head table - must be before dinner)

Wedding Add-ons

In addition to my regular wedding packages, you can:
 
*Add $300 to the wedding package price. I give you every digital picture I take on a CD with full copyright release (this lets you reproduce any image wherever you choose). It also includes 5 masters which I take 5 of your favorite images and retouch them, or add special effects, whatever you would like. These 5 masters will be included on the CD.
 
*Add $400 to the wedding package price. I give you every digital picture I take on a CD with full copyright release (this lets you reproduce any image wherever you choose). It also includes 10 masters which I take 10 of your favorite images and retouch them, or add special effects, whatever you would like. These 10 masters will be included on the CD. 
 
*Add $500 to the wedding package price. I give you every digital picture I take on a CD with full copyright release (this lets you reproduce any image wherever you choose). It also includes 25 masters which I take 25 of your favorite images and retouch them, or add special effects, whatever you would like. These 25 masters will be included on the CD.

Black and white portraitsBlack and white portraits are available from any prints-same price as color prints.

Proofs and NegativesWith a minimum order of $50.00, you may purchase your proofs at $3.00 per proof. Negatives remain the property of Expressions By Sharris. Proofs must be paid for if not returned within one month of receiving them.

Terms and DepositA deposit of one half the amount of the package purchased if required to reserve the date, the other half plus mileage is due before the wedding day. Deposit will NOT be refunded due to cancellation. The total balance for portraits must be paid for when order is placed. (NO portraits will leave the studio until paid for.) There will be a $30..00 charge on ALL returned checks

.RetouchingAny and all retouching MUST be requested. Normal retouching and removal of glass glare available at $5.00 per head, per negative. Extensive retouching may also be available at an additional cost.

Mounting

Mounting is available on portraits 4x5 and larger for an additional charge - Just Ask!

6.3% sales tax will be added to all prints in Plainville and 6.8% in Phillipsburg. Prices subject to change.

Expressions By Sharris reserves the right to post any portraits on company web-site or use in contests.
